By accessing and using the software tools provided by Creative Fulcrum ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Creative Fulcrum provides automated analysis and correction tools for Primavera P6 (.xer) schedule files. Our services include, but are not limited to, the "Actual & Planned Equalizer" and the "Out-of-Sequence Corrector."
Services are provided on a pay-per-use basis. Prices are calculated dynamically based on the complexity of the uploaded file (e.g., activity count). All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
You agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the .xer files you upload do not contain malicious code, viruses, or illegal content. You retain full ownership of the data you upload.
While we strive for accuracy, our tools are provided "as is." We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our automated schedules.

If the analysis results do not meet your expectations or appear incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will modify the results manually or re-process your file until it meets your requirements. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to ensure the output is usable for your project.
Creative Fulcrum operates globally. In the event of any concern or dispute, you agree to first contact our support team to resolve the issue informally. We are committed to finding an amicable solution, including corrections to work performed or refunds where appropriate, without the need for formal legal intervention.
