Due to the digital nature of our products (automated file analysis and modification), all sales are generally final once the processed file has been delivered or made available for download.

Eligible Refunds

We are committed to fairness. You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• The system failed to process your file due to a technical error on our end.
• You were charged but did not receive a download link or report.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Uploading the wrong file by mistake.
• User error in interpreting the results.
• Change of mind after the service has been rendered.
