A. On Our Website (Web Tools & Store)
- Contact & Purchase Information: When you purchase points or licenses, we collect your email address to deliver your license keys.
- Payment Data: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
- Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website to improve our tools.
- Uploaded Files: XER schedules uploaded for processing are temporarily stored on secure AWS servers solely for the purpose of analysis and correction, and are not shared with third parties.
B. In Our Mobile App (HSE Reporter)
- Account Information: We collect your name, email, job title, and login credentials (managed securely via AWS Cognito) to authorize project access.
- Camera & Photo Library: The App requires access to your device's camera and photo library to capture and upload images for safety observations.
- Location Data (GPS): The App collects precise location data at the moment you create an observation or capture a photo. This is required to accurately tag safety incidents on site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data exclusively to:
- Process your web tool purchases and deliver service licenses.
- Generate official HSE PDF reports and track site safety observations in the mobile app.
- Ensure project compliance by linking location and photographic evidence to the assigned contractor or consultant.
- Improve the performance and reliability of our web tools and mobile applications.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data, including images, project schedules, and location tags, is processed and stored using securely managed Amazon Web Services (AWS S3 and DynamoDB) infrastructure. We employ industry-standard encryption and secure authentication to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platforms, including:
- Stripe: For secure payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure database, file hosting, and user authentication (Cognito).
